From childhood, Nathalia knew that she would one day become an interior designer and have her own firm. Inspired by her colorful upbringing in Mexico and the diverse cultures she encountered during solo high school travels in Europe and South America, she pursued a degree in interior design at the Art Institute in Houston.
After completing college, Nathalia eagerly embraced job opportunities wherever they arose. While it was natural for her to work with architects and designers, she also gained valuable experience working for companies in the trades: general contractors, plumbers, and HVAC. Though gifted in design, this hands-on experience established her belief that successful design requires a deep understanding of construction. Combining her innate talent with technical knowledge became the cornerstone of her career.
In 2012, Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling recognized Nathalia’s unique skill set and hired her to lead their new remodeling division, "Inspired Spaces." Over the next five years, she turned the new division into a thriving business and built strong relationships with clients. Nathalia’s seamless blend of creativity and technical expertise enabled efficient collaboration with contractors and customers, helping transform her client’s ideas into spaces that not only reflected their personal styles but also enhanced their daily lives.
To Nathalia’s surprise, Milton Frank made the strategic decision to refocus on its core business in 2017. Recognizing her significant contributions to the company, the Frank family generously offered her the opportunity to acquire the thriving remodeling division and its clientele. With unwavering determination, Nathalia accepted, establishing Nathalia Interiors.
Today, Nathalia Interiors is a firm offering end-to-end service, with a deep understanding that all great design hinges on proper execution. What started as a one-woman interior design department within a plumbing and cooling company in Spring, Texas, has grown into a successful design-build firm transforming luxury properties across North America.
